This week, our guest is Dr. Jenipher Cornelius. Jenipher most recently received her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Regent University. She also has an extensive background working in finance, most notably at Goldman Sachs. She has held leadership positions at many different organizations and is now working as a change management consultant at Latchmere Group.
