For "A Little Off the Top," you'll need:

-2oz vodka
-2oz apple juice
-1/2oz lime juice
-1/2oz simple syrup

To make it:

-Fill a shaker with ice
-Pour the apple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in
-Shake it
-Add vodka and shake again
-Strain into a martini glass
-Garnish with an apple slice
