Healthy tips from Schell and Danielle:

  • A healthy day starts the night before, getting enough sleep is key

  • Start with Jesus-prayer, ask (“God, what do you want me to know today?”), listen, read Bible

  • Tall glass of warm water

  • Good quality protein

  • Family devotionals

  • Family connection

  • The only formula: ask, pause, listen

  • Listen to your body-changes, hormones, foods

  • Use moderation

  • Ask: What is my relationship with food?
