After owning a thriving pediatric practice for nearly 20 years, Juan Jose Reyes, MD, took a radical departure. He closed his practice, studied mindfulness to better manage his stress, and became a mindfulness teacher.

Juan’s passion for photography, in turn, led him to launch The Miami Street Photography Festival, the largest festival of its kind in the world, with an equally successful sister festival in Milan. Spurred by the success of these festivals, Juan just launched PhotoWhy, an App that connects photography enthusiasts from around the world with iconic photographers.
