LinkedIn has told us that, as Millennials, we’re always looking for the next “big thing” in our career paths. The “thing” could be a bigger paycheck, more fulfilling work, or to follow in the footsteps of an enigmatic leader with an idealistic vision. But what if, instead of trolling Talent Management Managers on social media, we instead decided to hitch our proverbial wagons to the dynamic leaders among Batman’s rogues gallery of villains? Yeah...that might not have been the right call.
