Doreen DeStefano, (Dr. D) has always been about health and wellness. From youthful beginnings as a competitive bodybuilder with a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, to her second doctorate just two years ago, it's been a journey of health and wellness. The incarnations in health have been numerous, including training, education, and careers as a certified personal trainer, EMT, LME, LPN, BSRN, APRN, NHD, and DNP. She holds numerous degrees and certifications in integrative therapies.
