Dave Proctor and Joe Gagnon Chasing Tomorrow podcast show hosts interview Will Hayward the unlikely "second place" finisher at Big's Backyard in 2019 when he completed 59 hours of running.  A self-proclaimed middle-of-the-pack guy Will has taken on many hard ultra runs and says that you need to be a self-admitted SOB to keep going in these crazy difficult events.  Seems to have worked for Will as he continues to get it done in hard ultras.
