Gemma Coady is one of our newest Freedom agents, now 5 months into her real estate career. After learning the importance of culture and being around motivated, supportive people after a short 8-week stint with another brand, she set her sights on joining an office with a positive environment that breeds success. She is one example of how to achieve results even in a more challenging marketplace. This week, Josh sat down with Gemma to discuss the steps she’s taking to not only survive but thrive in real estate.
Originally from the Redlands, Gemma moved to Ireland when she was 10 and has been back in Brisbane for 9 years now. While also running a commercial property and maintenance company, and with an extensive background in marketing and advertising, Gemma has a wealth of knowledge to assist clients, present properties in the best light and attract buyers.
An Executive Committee Member for Redlands Chamber of Commerce and Chairperson for her children’s School Council, Gemma understands the importance of hard work, dedication and networking. She feels it is her responsibility to provide customers with great service and, as a result, has won several awards based on the amount referrals she has received - not to mention developing a loyal customer base.
