So the entirely logically consistent belief is that change is impossible. Or change is really difficult when it's really a measure of an awful strategy that is ineffective to begin with. So then if everything I do doesn't work, well then I guess there's nothing that can work. So there's that angle of it. There's another angle, which is sometimes you don't see the negative impact right away.
