ABOUT ELSIE:

Elsie Netia is a wife, a mother, and a full-time entrepreneur, having founded Elsie Netia Management, a digital management firm she built from the ground up. Elsie started her journey 11 yrs ago as a fashion designer but felt like she hit a glass ceiling. It was only until she met her friend and mentor Ann Mcreath that she realized that coming up with business strategies and marketing strategies felt more natural to her than sitting down to come up with a design, and so with that,  she decided to explore the brand strategy and marketing world, where she found mire success. Having worked with some of the most exclusive clients and some of the biggest companies such as Airtel Africa, The village Creative group and The Mastercard foundation. Elsie has been in business for a while, and she takes her time to also mentor and help bring up other young ladies interested in her field of work as a brand and digital strategist, and helps them navigate the world, her favorite quote is;                 "Always go the extra mile, its less crowded there."
