We believe that building confidence is a skill you can learn as we grow and experience things in life. Today we have our friend Peter Lin, who is the buyer and seller specialist at BMW with a tremendous amount of experience in sales and retail. Since we’ve known him, we know that he is a man who has great self confidence and can easily start a conversation with anyone.
But he wasn’t always the confident person we see him as today. So we’ve got him back on the pods to share his experience and talk us through the jobs and steps he took to help him grow his confidence.
At the end of the day, we all just have to remember that 99% of the things we think will go wrong is all in our heads and 1% of it is the reality. Think about all the things that will go right as opposed to all the things that can go wrong.
