Welcome back to another episode with the Brown and balanced podcast! So can we address the elephant in the room? Yes we’re talking about about it family feud and dysfunctional families. There is no such thing as the picture perfect family, so this week’s episode your favorite host discuss some of their upbringing and talk about navigating through dysfunctional homes. Unfortunately within the black community a lot of us were subjected to one parent households or two parent homes that still created trauma and led to broken family dynamics.
As you guys know by now with every negative there’s a positive so in this episode we provide a healthy balance. For anyone still struggling with family issues or feels like the black sheep of their family you still have time to mend those broken relationships. Sometimes the change has to begin with you and both parties have to put in an equal effort to make the relationship better.
