This week’s episode is all about leaving things that are no longer meant for you.

I get all in my feels as I keep it real and share about my experiences leaving situations/places that were no longer helping me grow.

It can be easy in this Instagrammable world to interpret others’ victories as effortless, without really seeing or understanding what they went through to get there. I don’t want to be that person. I want you to see the ugliness, crunchiness, and discomfort, because change is f*cking hard.

But it’s also the most beautiful, rewarding, fulfilling thing you’ll ever do, so don’t worry, I won’t leave you with only doom and gloom either.
