Identity is tricky because much of our identity was conditioned from an early age. Identity is an ongoing evolutionary process. It is important to regularly discard and/or redefine those that no longer serve our highest potential. We discuss how our identities have evolved over time and how we now prioritize our identities based on core values.


  • Awareness of our identities, some we like and some we don’t like
  • Playing around with your identities and having fun with it
  • Intentionally choosing your identities because of deep meaning
  • Identity and past conditioning
  • Confusion between who you think you should be and who you want to be
  • Following the path without examining the dots along the path
  • Discarding old identities can be scary and challenging
  • Reexamining and redefining your identities
