Pete Felix is the President & Chief Executive Officer of PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation, one of the most prestigious and reputable conglomerates in the country: the PHINMA Group of Companies. Its mission is to provide quality homes and build communities that cultivate the bayanihan spirit.

Prior to Phinma Properties, Pete was always involved in various capacities in the housing industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in AB Economics from Ateneo de Manila University and finished Strategy Execution and Innovation programs from Harvard Business Review. Moreover, he also took Business Analytics from Asian Institute of Management.
