Scott sits down with New Glarus Brewing Lab Tech Dan Jelle. Dan and Scott talk about being lifelong Midwesterners, how a person becomes a brewing scientist, and all things New Glarus lab. Dan was born and raised in New Glarus, growing up on a dairy farm, and after moving to Wyoming came back to New Glarus to help out on the farm.  Dan eventually ended up at New Glarus Brewing, starting off in packaging but quickly moving into the lab.
