In this episode, we point attention to the darker side of human nature and how recognising and owning that potential within ourselves brings greater compassion for all. It also ensures that we are conscious of what we are capable of and once conscious, we can then simply refuse to be mean in the numerous forms that mean-ness takes and choose to be kind no matter what.
