So as US Navy Admiral-Willam Mc Raven said you should make the bed first after waking this will reinforce that small things matter in a life. The question here arises how this habit can make our schedule or daily task completion more productive? Since as you make up the bed you start your day with the small actions. This small action motivates and inspires you to move to your daily task and routine in a much productive manner. Since as it is said "Start is very much important".So if we start our day with this small habit it can actually makes us satisfied after returning to home in the evening. that I have taken small actions in the morning which will provide a sense of satisfaction which is required in night before going to sleep. Since if you make small steps or actions today you may be developing these habits which will stay with yourself throughout the life to give fruitful results. That's it for the day.
