Chris Lynn is one of the most accomplished batsmen in the Australian Cricket domestic circuit, as well as being a sought after international talent.
Making his first-class debut on the Australian cricket scene as a 19-year-old in 2010, Lynn impressed fans with scoring a century for the QLD Bulls in his second Sheffield match, the 4th youngest to do so in Australian history. In 2011 Lynny took Big Bash cricket by storm, cementing his place as a destructive six-hitter and player to be watched.
Throughout Lynny’s years as a top cricketer, injuries have played major influences on his career path which have taken a toll both mentally as well as physically. Lynny takes us through how he built up a strong mindset to be able to deal with setbacks under the microscope, stay focussed and consistently perform on the field.
The two-time winner of 'Player of The Tournament' now captain lets us into his world and chats to the SPIN On Sport team about his influences growing up in grassroots sports and the importance of learning through loss.
Enjoy!
