Andrew talks about his journey to becoming a college coach and High Performance Academy coach, and discusses what college coaches are looking for in players (and parents).

Andrew also talks about his role as a club owner in the National Volleyball Association professional men's volleyball league and the similarities and difference between the professional men's league and junior girls volleyball.
