I've never felt like I needed to belong to a group. When I came out I wasn't an entirely different person... I was just me. I was more myself than I was before. Sometimes we jump to conclusions about people based on the very few things we know about them. You'll be disappointed with me if you take that approach. I'll keep you on your toes. Don't assume you know anything about me based on a few "labels" or "identifiers". Being gay doesn't mean I see eye to eye with all LGBTQ people. Being Christian doesn't mean I see eye to eye with all Christian people. I value individuality infinitely more than group identity. You are so much more than any group or "community" that you belong to.
