Add your morning routine to your calendar.
Determine your "WHY". Why do you want to have a morning routine? This will keep you focused and committed.
Be realistic with your routine and expectations
Try:
Week One - Get up 5 minutes early and give thanks
Week Two - Get up 10 minutes early and stretch
Week Three - Get up 15 minutes early to drink coffee/tea in a chair at home. Imagine that!
Week Four - Get up 20 minutes early and do your entire routine. At the end of the week, reflect on how your morning routine has impacted your life.
Dirty little secret: You will find that you love getting up a bit early for yourself. Others in your life will too!
