"Sincerely, Em" is about a 24-year-old plus sized gal struggling in the world of adulthood while trying to learn how to "self-love" and navigate the issues that weigh us down, like anxiety, depression, and bad relationships with food. You'll hear from her friends, some new and some old, who have their own experiences to share as well. Follow her journey as she talks about being a dog mom, a murder mystery fanatic, and a millennial.  She certainly doesn't have all the answers, but she'll tell you about her journey to get there.
