ESPECIALLY if you/ your body is highly stressed / inflamed or you operate from an "an all in or nothing" mindset constantly when it comes to your health and fitness journey

This was everything I wish I knew when I needed to get out of a calorie deficit because my body needed safety, homeostasis (balance from a calorie maintenance) and recovery last year and quite frankly.. focussing on just protein and calories was not going to solve the problem.
