Ep. #40: Coming Out Late: Mama Says There'll Be Days Like This
In this episode, Robin shares with us a hybrid of stories coming from women who are ‘stuck’ and/or in limbo in the infamous “Messy Middle”. She talks about what that can feel like, being stuck in the limbo space of the messy middle. Robin also shares with her formula of “ABC’s” to help us all navigate through those disorienting and confusing days of the Messy Middle. This process is not for the faint of heart, and it IS very much a marathon, not a sprint - but Robin outlines ways in which we can incorporate self-care in order to help us get through these days.

- What are some of the common signs letting you know you ARE indeed in the “messy middle”.
- Whether you are living with the hetero partner you are ultimately leaving, or living all alone…there ARE ways in which you can diminish the damage done to your nervous system, mind and heart.
