Two years ago I left a job with the Ministry of Defence, a huge organisation and I was surrounded by a team of 17, in a department of 100 on a station with nearly 2000 people to go and work on my own from a home office.

With the current coronavirus situation more and more people are finding themselves working from home and whilst it can be a great way to work, it also involves a shift in the way we think and work.

So I thought I'd put together a short podcast sharing my experiences and the things I found to really help me to stay productive and sane!
