Synopsis:

We live in a world that praises exhaustion and calls it faithfulness. I bought into it—until my body, soul, and schedule said no more. In this episode, I talk honestly about rest as an act of trust: trusting that God is enough even when I stop striving, trusting that my limits are not failures but invitations, and trusting that my worth isn’t measured by how much I produce. This conversation is about releasing the pressure to do it all, reprioritizing time around what actually matters, and learning to let God be God while I rest.
