In this episode I explain the energetics of changing your reality from the inside out. 

• We talk about how our internalized programming causes us to unconsciously act in ways that create unsavory circumstances, and how in turn, we use the unpleasant circumstances in our lives to continue to abuse and shame ourselves.
• This internal<>external axis creates feedback loops that reaffirm our wounding and shadows and keep us stuck playing out the same storylines over and over again.
• We talk about how to interrupt this cycle by ceasing our emotional reactivity towards our current circumstances.
• By shedding all the ways we're making our circumstances mean something about us, we reprogram the emotional and energetic template we are projecting out into the world.
• Over time, our new physical reality will come into alignment with our updated inner programming.
