Ep. 41: Re-Write Your Old Story - Don't Just Override It

In today's episode, I address the stories we learn as children and the messages we received about ourselves, other people, the world, an our place in all of it. None of us make it to adulthood completely unscathed. We all pick up messages about ourselves along the way that can be tied to some level of trauma or pain or challenge we experienced.
And in this episode, I talk about the way MOST people try to override those stories and why it rarely works. And then I give you a better way. A way that does work. A way that allows you to RE-WRITE the old story that's hurting you and holding you back into a NEW story of freedom and abundance at the identity level.
