How does a word like compromise that means to "promise with" get such a bad rap. In the same way acquiescence does (See episodes 20 and 27), and win-win. They become cliche, overused and abused, and they begin to lose their original higher natured meaning.

Compromise is about conversation and deeper needs, not surface needs, and definitely not about giving in "just to get a deal."
