Cameron Schwab has been through a lot: losing his father, being publicly sacked as a CEO twice, clinical depression and being diagnosed with cancer. Cameron was CEO of the famous Richmond Football Club at 24, the youngest in the history of the Australian Football League, and spent the next 25 years as the CEO of three AFL clubs, the second longest-serving CEO in the modern game. All the CEO roles he took on had something in common… the clubs were at their lowest ebb, uncompetitive on the field, and facing massive financial challenges. He saw it through, found success, and now takes that deep experience in leadership in professional sports and business to mentor CEO's.
