This week's episode is an empowered conversation with Olivia Renecke.

Olivia is from South Africa and is a child sexual abuse and domestic violence survivor, who at one point was suicidal until she decided to fight for her life and change her life. 

Olivia was 9 years old when she was sexually abused and this event carried through into her adult life, where she attracted the "wrong type of men" into her life. Olivia wondered why she kept attracting these "bad boys", and found out that it was because she never healed, never forgave and never loved herself. 

She needed to change her mindset from being a victim, to being a warrior. 

Her story is inspiring and I honestly loved every single moment of this interview.
