In today’s episode, we return to Book of Genesis and find the aftermath of Jacob taking Esau’s blessing. Hurt, anger, and betrayal have now turned into something much more dangerous as Esau begins plotting to kill his brother. What started as deception within a family has created division, fear, and consequences that can no longer be ignored. As tensions rise, Rebekah steps in once again in an attempt to “fix” the situation she helped create. Out of fear and desperation, she begins making plans to protect Jacob and preserve what she believed God had promised. Yet through this story, we are reminded of a powerful truth: God does not need human manipulation, panic, or interference to accomplish His will.
