2020 is here and it’s time to look at setting goals for the new year. Do you have any habits you want to change? What about implementing a new habit?

In this episode, we discuss replacing old habits with new ones and how to be accountable. Most New Year’s Resolutions only last a few weeks. This is typically because we don’t have a solid game plan in place for when the motivation or excitement of something new wears off. This is why we focus on HABITS not RESOLUTIONS. Habits don't rely on excitement, they come from consistency until its second nature.

1.What “resolutions” / goals do you have for 2020?
2.What habit do you want to change or begin for 2020?
3.What old habits are you replacing with new ones?
4.How are you being held accountable for new habits?
