- Why do you do that? What's the trigger?

- What are your shadow areas? What do you struggle to accept about yourself?
- Healing your wounded inner self/ younger you= shadow work
- What/ Who wounded your younger self?
- What triggers you is what needs healing.
- How is your heart? Are you okay? Are you taking care of your mind/ body/ spirit?
- Love on yourself a little extra right now.
- You MUST pivot to peace. Only YOU can take you there.
- When was the last time you learned something new?
- Embrace the proud Leo energy! Chin up. Wear your crown.
- Love you and love yours.
- How does your fear of rejection hold you back from taking more action?
- How long has your bruised ego kept you in denial about your gifts?
- Cry now, laugh later
- Gemini energy= take care of both sides of you
- The PRIDE and the PAIN; love ALL of you
