What is it like to be the FATHER of a DAUGHTER in male dominated industry? In this episode, we dive into the unique perspective of TJ Pinales. TJ is not only a long time Construction Professional, but he IS the father of a daughter in a male dominated industry...the armed forces, the ARMY to be exact.
TJ and I dive into challenges his daughter has faced in HER CAREER and how KNOWLEDGE of those has impacted him and his own perspective on support and advocacy for Women in Construction.
The stories he shares, with her permission of course, are important examples of standing up for oneself and advocating for change. Through his daughter's experiences, and his own, TJ continues to be a committed advocate for equality in all male dominated fields.
