Mickey Penzer began her recruiting career at The Bachrach Group in Fall 2017 after meeting the head of the team at a Bisnow event.

Mickey has a law degree from Fordham School of Law. She also received her Bachelor's and Master's in Accounting in 2010 from NYU Stern School of Business. Mickey loves to help people. Helping clients figure out what they want in a candidate and placing well-deserving candidates in great positions is fulfilling to her. Mickey loves how connected the real estate industry is and is big on networking through both professional and charity events.
