Our guest this week is Dr. Kevin Nolan. He received his Master's in I/O psychology from IUPUI and his Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from Bowling Green State University. He is also the director of the Master's program at Hofstra University. We get to discuss how Dr. Nolan entered the field of I/O psychology and even discuss some of the research he has done on flow and AI in I/O psychology.
