Tim and Mike visited the Shawnee Chapter of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation banquet. There was a could have/should have moment on bidding for the South Africa Safari Hunt as it went very cheap.

The fellas get into a discussion about draw weight on a compound bow. Somewhere along the way, we have gotten into the "more is better" philosophy. There is a big difference between what you can shoot vs. what you can shoot effectively and efficiently. 

Ultimately, it comes down to the proper setup and tuning and most importantly, the time practicing on the range.
