So I realized there is both a psychological and a somatic component to the issues that people are facing, and that trauma is held in the body. So in the work that I do with people in preparing them or helping them to work with these medicines because what I do is I work with people before and after. As an integration coach, I help prepare them for any experience when I help them integrate the experience the middle part they do on their own or with someone else. So, in my preparation, sometimes I try to determine which mode which would be better for a particular person
