After a varied career as a police officer, bar owner, investment banker and more, Jay was always drawn to the Hollywood Silver Screen. Jay had a close friend and mentor that taught him the in's and out's of the industry and kick started an amazing journey.
JAY MENEZ is an award-winning director/producer and bestselling author based in Los Angeles actively commissioned on film, television, and commercial projects. Client work includes: Adidas, Amazon Studios, Best Buy, Deloitte Consulting, E! Entertainment, HBO, Kaiser, MTV, Optus Telecom Australia, PayPal, Playboy, Quest Nutrition, Under Armour, and major TV networks.
Jay created a foundational model for high performance psychology and published it in his book, “Spark: The 8 Mental Habits of Highly Successful People.”
Jay is currently producing and directing an inspiring movie about NBA superstar Muggsy Bogues which highlights that we are all cable of thriving and overcoming adversity.
