Hi angels, I had a big realization for me and more layers to work through!

I’m so incredibly blessed with my big extended family, but I had a massive realization when I was away with them on holidays and not wanting to post much…..

I’ve hid this big part of myself, my blessings and my incredible upbringing on my public business profiles because I’ve had people say to me over the years and even on a retreat last year….

‘We didn’t all have an ideal childhood like you!’

‘Your life is ‘perfect’

‘I wish I had your parents’

I realised people hide parts of themselves that were possibly trauma related or they’re ashamed of and here I am hiding parts of myself out of not wanting to upset or trigger anyone!

If I want to fully empower and inspire my community,  open myself up to receive my desires, then I need to show up authentically embracing and sharing ALL of me….the good, the bad, the ugly!

So many of us shrink to fit in, avoid judgement and pleasing others, that we don’t allow our true selves to shine bright into the world. Sending you all so much love and light angels xxx
