Think your business (or life?) is in a slump?  Don't freak out.  It's okay, and it's normal!  We should know-- we literally have it happen every year.  But what we've learned is that it's not a bad thing-- it's actually a pretty awesome opportunity if you just keep your chin up and stay positive.

Ahhhhh I said his name wrong!  And I feel really bad, because he's kind of my hero y'all.  Marcus Lemonis is the guy, and it's just an endless string of business tips and insights.  Sometimes you want to throw something at your TV, and other times you want to find these people and hug them around the neck because they are the sweetest people in the world.

How the Mighty Fall

Josh loves this book!  If you're scared your whole business is failing (which we often like to freak out about during a slow season), then read this.  Companies can fail.  Big companies can fail.  But there's a pattern.  And if you're in that pattern, then absolutely reevaluate things.  But if you aren't, then maybe you should enjoy the slow season a little bit more, and relax!

What's new:

Fitbit Versa is my new favorite watch!  I didn't mention it in the episode, but I had to buy something because my old Fitbit Charge died on me.  It was sad, but I figured I'd give the new version a try since I loved the old one so much!  I highly recommend both models, but I do love the Versa a bit more.  It's so easy to see my stats during workouts, I'm able to quickly look and get back to the workout, instead of hitting a bunch of buttons to get to what I want.
