We have another Olympian joining us this week!

Francesca is the Founder and Owner of TeaseCakes by Francesca where she offers the most delicious, mini cheesecakes. She saw major success in 2022 while she took the world by storm clocking in major vendor spots, catering the hottest events and making herself a regular feature at many local coffee shops. 

During our conversation we dove into her role outside of work, being a stepmom. We discuss the importance of allowing children to become their own people and some possible challenges that may arise from raising children in a bigger area.
