Every time I have a session with a prospective client, I ask them to fill out a questionnaire so I can better prepare for the session and get a good understanding of who they are, where they're coming from and what they're looking for. 

Every 3 months or so, I reflect on the answers so I can better provide support and value for my audience. 

One of the patterns that I've seen over the last 3 months is people coming to me feeling under confident in being visible. 

In this solo episode, I break this down:

• What is confidence
• What does not feeling confident mean for you in your business
• How can you feel more confident in your business
