OVERCOMING THE EGO talk series

Tara went through a serious body love language make over after her second son. She lost close to 60 pounds but still found herself miserable and disconnected from what mattered most, herself.

After losing all this weight, Tara felt like she has conquered her weight loss goal but when she found herself feeling unhappy, she realized she had to do the deeper work and heal from her wounds.

In this episode Tara and I go into the bedroom to speak about bedroom body image issues, into the dressing room in a mall to let go off what isn't sewn for your body.

I speak about the liberation my friend felt when she went fully naked in the beaches of Jamaica and what it took for me to take off my bikini top in Costa Rica. 

When you think of your body and speak to your body, you become that of your body.

Tara gives incredible advice on how to deal with certain things that go on in our head when we speak about our body and how to overcome them, by using simple tools and techniques to bring love to yourself.

We laughed so hard in the episode as Tara and I speak about the Monday start of salad and chicken diet, satisfaction in eating a bag of chips and how losing yourself in a chocolate bar isn't going to kill you if you don't allow it to kill you mind first.
