We will flow from head to toe, stretching, strengthening, and experiencing the physical and energetic body as a means of bringing our attention into the present moment and experiencing undistorted reality – in contrast to most everyone's habit of living in illusory thoughts and emotions from the past or future. This will be a straight-up and complete flow practice, strong but accessible to all levels. Expect to move, sweat, and get out of your head. (All Levels/63 Minutes)
