I get vulnerable in this episode about some of my own self doubt. I'm sharing it here, because if it helps one person take the leap, then i'm ok with that. If you feel like you are standing at the bottom of Everest right now looking up, about to take on a task that feels impossible, remember all of the hard things you have done in life up until this point. You have succeeded in things before. You can succeed at this too. You have strengths & you can use them to help you on your health & fitness journey. You've got this.
