And over the decades, the thought of a diet has been typically associated with not only restricting what you eat, but more so determining what you eat, how much of it you can eat and how often.
Diets just feel like a chore. In some cases, it would seem that individuals become a slave to how they must nourish themselves. And it is fair to say that a diet is a regime typically undertaken by an individual in order to reach an ideal weight goal or aesthetic appearance.
