Today's episode I share about letting go of the old version of me. Stepping into the new and what can come up along the way in the growth. April was the biggest month I've had and it brought up a whole lot of new stuff that I didn't expect, new beliefs, old beliefs and limitations I put on myself.

It can feel really challenging at times to go to your next level when you so safe, comfortable and familiar with the old so I wanted to explain my process, some key things to look out for as your moving forward and how to have it not hold you back.
